Each of our accounts is staffed with supervisors and/or lead workers who are fluent in English.

Does your staff receive any specialty training?
Our cleaners are expertly trained in cleaning best practices. We also provide specialty training for cleaning sterile environments such as healthcare facilities. In fact, we have been trained by Green Clean Institute, WHMIS, British Red Cross (First Aid) and, St. John’s Ambulance (First Aid/ CPR).
Can someone come to our facility for inspection and to give us a price estimate?

Are you fully insured and bonded?
We are fully insured and bonded and are more then happy to bring certificates of insurance at your estimate request. It is important to work with companies that are insured and bonded to make sure you protect your valued assets at facility.
What facility management and maintenance services do you provide?

Is Star Facility able to provide services other than general cleaning?
Yes! How many offices does Star Facility Services have?
